What TakaTrack stores
TakaTrack stores the finance records you enter, including income, bills, payments, budgets, expenses, remittances items in your recycle bin, grocery lists, item price history, receipt photos and any notification addresses and preferences you enter. Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address and basic profile information. TakaTrack does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or bank accounts.
How your information is used
Your account information identifies your private dashboard. Your records are used to show balances, budgets and monthly plans and to save your changes across devices. Receipt photos remain private to your account. Receipt text recognition runs on your device, and extracted prices are saved after your review. Opted-in email reminders use Resend. It processes the sender and recipient addresses and message content. Bill names and amounts are included only when you enable detailed reminders. You can disable reminders in Notifications. Delivery begins only after the sender and background schedule are connected. Your access request includes the name and optional message you submit.
Access and administration
New accounts require administrator approval. Other users cannot open your records. The administrator’s access panel shows your account information, request, access status and private administrative notes, rather than your finance records. The site operator and service providers may have technical access to stored information for operation, support and security.
Services and cookies
Google and Supabase handle sign-in. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with records stored in its Cloudflare-backed database. Receipt images are stored in private Cloudflare-backed object storage and require an approved signed-in account to view. These services process information needed to provide the app and may keep operational logs. TakaTrack uses essential sign-in cookies and does not add advertising trackers. Finance records are not sent to Google as part of sign-in.
Retention, export and removal
Records remain stored while your account is maintained. Suspending access preserves your records; it does not delete them. Approved users can download their finance records and grocery records from “Backups & transfer”. Receipt images are not embedded in the JSON backup; open or download them individually from receipt history. To request account closure or record removal, contact the administrator using the support email shown on the Google sign-in consent screen.
